POLICIES FOR APPOINTMENT VOUCHERS (similar to gift certificates):

1.) Recipients will have 6 months to utilize the appointment voucher.  Please do not buy an appointment voucher for somebody who cannot honor that policy.

2.) Recipients will need to schedule their appointment at least two weeks in advance by call or email. Even with availability before the two-week time frame, vouchers MUST BE BOOKED TWO WEEKS IN ADVANCE (sorry, no exceptions!)

3.) Appointment vouchers that are canceled less than 48 hours in advance cannot be rescheduled. If there is an emergency, please call us and you may send someone else for the appointment.

4.) Please ensure that the recipient wants a massage or energy work service before purchasing the appointment.  Appointment vouchers MAY ONLY be used by the recipient intended and listed on the  certificate (may not be split or regifted).

 5.) Appointment vouchers MAY NOT be utilized on holidays or the three days before or after any major holiday (Mother's Day, Valentine's Day, Christmas, Etc.). Sorry, no exceptions!

6.) Appointment vouchers are for the recipient listed ONLY.  Appointment vouchers are NON-REFUNDABLE for any reason.  In the event you purchase an appointment voucher and the recipient needs to change, please contact us.
