Scheduling Your Service:
A credit card is required to schedule all services at Infinity Massage and Bodywork. Please give 48-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid full charges.
Massage Etiquette:
Arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment to complete paperwork or prepare for your treatment.
Cancellation Policy:
Please provide 48-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid fees. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full amount. Late arrivals will not extend service time.
Children/Guests:
For the relaxation of all clients, please do not bring children or guests to your appointments.
Age Requirements:
Minimum age is 16 years. Guests aged 16-18 must be accompanied by an adult and sign a waiver.
Accepted Forms of Payments:
Exact Cash, Major Credit Cards (fee applies), Venmo, Cashapp, Zelle. Tips are preferred in cash or Venmo.
Gratuities:
Gratuity is not included; customary is between 15-20% of the service price.
Gift Certificates:
Cancellation less than 48 hours in advance cannot be rescheduled. Recipients have 6 months to use the certificate.
Massage Conduct
Inappropriate behavior results in termination of the session. Illicit remarks or being under the influence will lead to immediate termination and payment liability.
