Originally trained and licensed in my home state of New York, I’ve had the good fortune to work as a massage therapist for over 10 years, sharing my skills and experience with a wonderfully diverse range of clients. While adaptability is often called for when presented with a new challenge, clients who enjoy my work and choose to collaborate with me value my problem-solving approach, commitment to improvement over time, and my attention to detail. My favorite modalities involve a more therapeutic, aggressive, deep, slow approach: trigger-point therapy, myofascial release, and pin-and-stretch are good examples. Do you have a weight-loss or athletic goal you are working toward? Do you have chronic pain that stops you from doing what you love? Let’s work together and get you moving!
Schedule: Third Ward Mondays and Tuesdays 9-5

I have noticed that a lot of people store unmanaged trauma or stress in their bodies. This would show up in the body in many ways and I believe massage will aid in healing the mind and body. That is what I dedicate myself to in this industry. Whether it's the traumas of life or surgery, I want to be able to assist those in need. My favorite client testimonial is when I was told I have relieved areas that they didn't even know bothered them.
Schedule: Wauwatosa W-R-Sat.-Sun 10-6
I felt a call for bodywork a long time and recently found my passion for Massage therapy. Being an empathic and intuitive person, I like to help people feel better, and the power of touch has been a great blessing in my life personally and through my work. With a background of six years as a Personal trainer I know how important is to know the action of the muscles and joints because you can understand better the develop of patterns with repetitive motion (especially with athletes) or common wear and tear of the ligaments with use over time. You can also notice and help refer or recommend stretches or physical therapy if need it to regain proper range of motion and help balance the body. I personally enjoy the therapeutic work, focus sessions to work on pain or discomfort areas and work on balancing the body and finding relief. “Spreading positive energy around me and helping people find themselves more healthy and at ease and better than when they walk in is my goal.”
